As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas and conduct routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and commitment to outstanding customer service will contribute to a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will interact with individuals on-site, respond to incidents, and support access control procedures. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues found during patrols.

Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as needed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to direct visitors or employees as required.

Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
