Kelly Services is hiring Assemblers and Paint Prep Associates for a heavy-machinery manufacturer in Butner, NC .

Pay: $19.65/hr with benefits

Benefits: Full benefits including premium medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; 3 weeks PTOpaid holidays .

Schedule: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday with some overtime ( mostly voluntary ).

Assembler

Re-assemble equipment by following detailed instructions from trainers and supervisors.

Work with mechanical, electrical, and hand tools on parts of various sizes.

Stand for the full shift and lift up to 40 lbs .

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 6+ months of manufacturing experience using tools to assemble items (e.g., automotive or electrical components).

Paint Prep Associate

Wipe, sand, and inspect refurbished machinery parts prior to painting; plug and mask all parts.

Blow off water, perform shot-blow of areas, and use an overhead hoist to hang parts.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; basic knowledge of forklift or tractor operation.
