Finance Contractor

CTG is seeking a Finance Contractor to support the North American business line in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities:

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts to support management decisions.

Analyze revenue, costs, and profits to identify growth opportunities and risks; provide actionable recommendations.

Lead or support budget preparation, track implementation, and report on variances.

Prepare financial statements and special reports in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams, supporting project feasibility assessments and contract reviews.

Streamline financial analysis processes and improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.

3-5 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in North American markets or multinational companies.

Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
