Our client, a dynamic player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Painter Assistant to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Painter Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the painting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Painter Assistant

Location: Lynwood, CA

Pay Range: $17-$18

Shift: 10pm- 6:30am

What's the Job?

Assist the painter with preparation tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Support the team in mixing paint and preparing surfaces for painting.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

What's Needed?

Previous Painter Assistant or Painting experience is REQUIRED

Previous Aerospace experience is a Plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.

Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
