Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Type: Contract

Compensation: $14.90 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Part-Time 20 hours a week

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

Greet and guide customers as they arrive at the service center.

Monitor customer flow and direct individuals to the appropriate service areas.

Assist in managing waiting areas and maintaining an organized, orderly environment.

Communicate estimated wait times and general information to customers.

Support Customer Service Representatives by managing front-end logistics while applications are being processed.

Alert management to any operational concerns or customer service issues.

Ensure customers receive timely and courteous service.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

Strong customer service skills with a helpful, friendly attitude.

Good communication skills - able to speak clearly and listen well.

Able to stay organized and manage tasks in a busy environment.
