Kelly is seeking Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to work at a brand new IT manufacturing facility in Georgetown, TX .!

Shift & Pay rate:

1st shift: Monday-Friday/7:30am-4:30pm- $18.00 Hourly

What's a typical day as a Mfg. Admin Assistant? You'll be:

Serve as primary interface between the manufacturing leadership and temp agency in staffing coordination.

Coordinate and evaluate manufacturing supplies requests.

Data collection and provide up-to-date reports to manufacturing leadership

Supervising cleaner schedule and supply replenishment across production and warehouse facilities

Manufacturing invoices (temp staff worker hours, OT food) validation

Team development with task delegation and continual skill improvement

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

3+ years of previous administrative assistant experience

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives

Proficiency with Microsoft office application especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
