Work highly independently - not only mentoring engineers but also effectively leading a team of engineers in the execution of complex tasks supporting equipment qualification. Provide oversight while delegating work and mentoring team members. Set day-to-day operational objectives for individuals or teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead technical training in critical product area(s). Provide support / manager input to PFP reviews. Lead Manufacturing programs and Global Manufacturing Expansion. Communicate with stakeholders on technical issues, cost and schedule.

Qualifications: Encourage technical excellence and rigor in the group's work, including offering peer check opportunities. Support manger in development of resources, including regular check-ins, review of TLDP progression, assignments for development, onboarding of new hires, etc. Promote a Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE) and Westinghouse's strong Nuclear Safety Culture. Provide technical guidance, direction, and collaborate with other personnel including partners such as sub-contractors, partners, suppliers, fabricators, and customers. Bachelor's degree in engineering required (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). A minimum of 10 years of applicable experience. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
