Commercial Marketing Strategist (Hybrid)

Location: Morristown, New JerseyJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $100,000 - 125,000 per yearWe are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Marketing Strategist to propel our client's commercial business forward. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and directly support sales. You'll be a key cross-functional collaborator, working with internal teams and external partners to achieve ambitious revenue and growth objectives. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and sales goals.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, print, website content, social media, email campaigns, and CRM tools.

Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all platforms and marketing materials.

Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies based on insights and data.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to initiate and develop strategic marketing campaigns.

Manage a focused portfolio of campaigns and activities, ensuring prioritization and effective resource allocation

Drive innovation by applying fresh, creative thinking and best practices to all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 7 years experience in the marketing field developing marketing plans/campaigns and designing interactive applications and networking platforms.

Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong track record of delivering results.

Goal-oriented and proactive, with a strategic mindset and strong initiative.

Highly organized and adaptable; excels in project management and managing multiple shifting priorities.

Experienced in working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Self-motivated, accountable, and takes full ownership in leading Seller Support initiatives.

Skilled in using advanced analytics, campaign data, and sales metrics to set priorities, drive performance, and measure effectiveness.
