As a Security Guard - Industrial Patrol Driver in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, and you will be responsible for conducting routine vehicle patrols throughout the property. You will engage with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial site and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual activity.

Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address concerns and relay important information.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.

Follow all company and client protocols to help to maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Primarily driving post is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
