As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout a high-end retail location. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.

Observe for signs of suspicious behavior and report any concerns according to site protocol.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials as required by site policy.

Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance issues as observed during patrols.

Support the site staff and visitors by providing information and directions when requested, maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management to follow all company and site-specific procedures, adapting to the unique environment of a retail location.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
