As a Security Professional - Resort Patrol in Milpitas, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a positive guest experience while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always acting with integrity and putting people first as you contribute to a secure and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and staff by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities, as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel and resort location, including interior spaces and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Document and report observations, incidents, and any unusual activities according to Allied Universal and site requirements.

Work collaboratively with hotel and resort staff to address concerns, answer questions, and manage security-related situations as they arise.

Remain alert and aware of the surroundings, adapting to varying working conditions present within hotel and resort environments.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
