Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will: + Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components. + Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs. + Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices. + Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans. + Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations. + Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs. + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. + 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Salesforce APIs + Active Secret Security Clearance required. + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. + Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: + Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and security protocols (OAuth, SAML). + Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. + Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. + Salesforce certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred. + Prior experience supporting federal agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.
