As part of the Kito Crosby team, you will be supporting channel partners and end users around the world using Kito Crosby products in mission critical applications ranging from development of renewable power, space exploration, national defense, manufacturing and infrastructure development.

Job Summary

In full coordination with the Planning Manager, coordinate execution of assigned manufactured items. Ensure timely and effective communication and coordination with all internal customers. Communicate and coordinate with all departments involved to achieve the highest possible customer service levels.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential)

Promote safety, practice and demonstrate safe work habits and compliance and modeling of exemplary safety practices at all times

Daily review and resolution of demand drop-in customer orders.

Re-create lost or missing work orders.

Ensure that work orders are updated and reflect decisions made during completion of other Planner tasks.

Work with necessary parties to ensure reported material shortages and estimated completion dates are as accurate as possible.

Maintaining Data Integrity - Material Order Quantity, Lead Time Code, Lot Size Constraints, Safety Stock, etc.

Identify and communicate discrepancies and/or deviations to planning outside of your area of responsibility (default part BOMs, routings, etc.)

Maintain departmental knowledge bas as applicable or assigned (quality processes, work instructions, etc.)

Comply with all Company polices.

Provide feedback to management on issues relating to procedures, materials, and scheduling.

Prepare and participate in all departmental meetings.

Maintain a friendly "Service" oriented philosophy with co-workers, other departments and customers.

Practice and promote good housekeeping measures, and support all company efforts to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.

Perform all other duties as assigned by the Planning Manager.

Special Location/Position Requirements:

Onsite role in the Jacksonville, AR facility. Prefer candidates from the Little Rock, Arkansas Metropolitan area.

Job Specifications (Work Experience, Skills, Abilities, etc.)

Minimum of 2 year's experience in Production Control, Inventory Control, in Manufacturing.

Demonstrate effective communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, sales &marketing personnel, customer service personnel, and department managers.

Computer literate with general knowledge of software's related to materials management (SAP).

PC experience and training required, such that the Basic level of skill can be demonstrated in Microsoft Word and the intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Excel can be demonstrated.

Proficient in mathematics and statistics related to business applications.

Ability to successfully deal with a large degree of details written information and instructions.

Knowledge of manufacturing terminology and protocol.

Educational requirements: High school Diploma, GED or equivalent.

High School diploma, or GED, or equivalent. Some Higher educational experience preferred.
