Join the Reporting & Analytics Team as a Development Manager 2, owning the User Metrics and Analytics Experiences such as marketing dashboard, marketing funnel, custom reports and more.

Responsibilities

You will be in the details and prepare good, data-driven development-plans, lead the team and remove barriers in order to fully meet our commitments on time

Working cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: Product Management, Experience Design, different product lines, or business units to drive forward results

Qualifications

3+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products

Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience

Experience with building metrics, dashboards, FE experiences in an app with good decent traffic and scale

Top Operational Excellence standards with focus on Quality, Performance and resiliency.

Proven experience leading a UI development team

Experience with:

UI frameworks like React, or Angular

Unit testing frameworks & mocking

Testing Automation mindset

Kafka and GraphQL

Microservices architecture

Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.

Very strong verbal and written communication

Assertive and high presentation skills

Proven experience in growing people
