As a Security Officer - Access Control Banking in Vandalia, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while monitoring and managing entry points at a financial institution. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to promote a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Wed11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at the assigned location.

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry as per location protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as required according to established procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any security-related concerns.

Document and report all unusual activities, security-related incidents, and/or breaches of policy according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Assist with security-related investigations and support law enforcement or emergency responders as directed.

Support the implementation of security-related procedures and policies specific to financial institution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
