As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Banking in Springfield, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within financial institution locations. You will play a key role in supporting a secure environment, while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while responding to situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual circumstances.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location to appropriate personnel.

Assist in emergency response activities as directed, including evacuation or coordination with first responders.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential risks to the location, employees, and patrons.

Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
