Construction Office Coordinator

Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented Construction Office Coordinator with strong Excel skills and QuickBooks experience (required) for a client site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a hands-on, growth-oriented construction office. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll support, and general administrative duties , with construction experience preferred.

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour (weekly pay), depending on experience

Location: Murrieta CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll for 20-25 employees (occasionally up to 35).

Manage Accounts Payable , including processing approximately five vendor bills per week.

Handle Accounts Receivable , generating 5-10 customized invoices weekly.

Support bid proposals and format job costing spreadsheets in Excel .

Maintain and help write internal SOPs for office and accounting processes.

Track subcontractor payments and ensure accurate 1099 documentation .

Assist with fleet management tasks including registrations, insurance updates, and compliance.

Provide daily administrative support to the estimator, helping reduce workload and support project growth.

Perform general administrative duties and support multi-functional office operations.

Qualifications

QuickBooks Online experience (required).

Intermediate Excel skills (required) - formulas, formatting, bid sheets, job costing.

Experience with AP/AR and basic accounting processes.

Familiarity with AIA G702/G703 documents and release waivers preferred.

Construction accounting or construction office experience preferred (trainable for the right candidate).

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a small, fast-paced office.

Experience supporting estimators or interacting with clients/property managers is a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
