Role and Responsibilities:

Schedule all inbound appointments and communicate to the warehouse staff daily.

Have a sound understanding of the Operating System to create all necessary receiving paperwork.

Review all receiving documents for accuracy and see that all accompanying HACCP documentation has been noted on the bill of lading.

Collect, store and maintain lumping income.

Review and file all storage paperwork.

Facilitate communication with storage customers daily. This communication includes scheduling pick-ups, communicating when loads are completed.

Maintain a separate storage receiving schedule outside of the operating system.

Item and Customer Set-Up Professionally communicate late deliveries, overages and shortages to the purchasing staff.

Develop a full understanding of the Storage program and complete the following functions:

Billing

Inventory Reports

Manual Withdrawals

Qualifications:

High School diploma or state issued equivalency certificate.

Communicates well with team members and customers.

Highly Organized.

Positive Attitude.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software program.

Salary Range

$20.00- $23.00/ hour

Shift:

Monday- Friday 5:30 AM- 2:30 PM

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to life up to 50 pounds at a time.

May be exposed to cold temperatures for extended periods of time.

Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, sit, operate warehouse

Must be able to use hands to handle and feel objects, perform fine finger movements, reach with hands and arms, and have the ability to see, talk, and hear.

Possess normal vision with or without correction and able to distinguish colors

Possess fluent speech in English, writing and communication skills necessary to effectively carry out job functions
