Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Entry-Level

Pay by Shift:

A Shift: $16.00/hour

B Shift: $17.60/hour

C Shift: $18.40/hour

Job Overview:

Looking for a hands-on role in a clean, team-focused environment? We're hiring Light Assembly Workers to join our growing production team in Lima, NY ! Whether you're just starting out or looking for a fresh opportunity, this is a great chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually stack, feed, and unload products during production

Use hands and arms to move, position, and assemble materials

Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards

Label, pack, and organize finished goods for shipment

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-40 lbs]

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus-but not required

Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
