Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This Contract position is based in Brooklyn, New York, and requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating schedules, travel plans, and executive meetings while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars to ensure efficient scheduling and conflict resolution.

Arrange and book travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Coordinate detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements align seamlessly.

Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas and documentation.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication.

Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, expense reports, and file organization.

Ensure timely follow-up on action items from meetings and communications.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Proactively identify and address scheduling or logistical challenges.

Support executives with ad-hoc tasks to streamline operations. Requirements - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.

Expertise in arranging and coordinating complex travel plans.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. TalentMatch®
