Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join a local Human Resources department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in a fast-paced environment and value discretion, organizational strength, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll changes, and timekeeping processes.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns professionally and confidentially.

Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Help coordinate training sessions, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems preferred.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
