Job Title: Associate, Manufacturing Engineer

Job Location: Camden, AR

Job Schedule: 4/10: Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week

Job Description:

We are seeking a Associate, Manufacturing Engineer to support our growing team located in Camden, AR. The Manufacturing Engineer develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing engineering plans and projects and communicates them to internal and external customers. Defines, develops and transfers manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems. Develops manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes. Actively participates with engineering project teams in order to coordinate the release of new products. Estimates and tracks manufacturing costs, determines time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Essential Functions:

Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.

Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.

Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.

Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.

Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.

Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
