As a Security Officer - Mall Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout retail and mall locations, maintaining a visible presence to support a secure environment. Your role will involve engaging with visitors and employees, delivering outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly to address concerns. This position requires a valid driver's license as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the retail/mall environment to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unauthorized behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity as observed during patrols.

Collaborate with retail personnel and/or law enforcement when necessary to address security-related matters.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues and provide reassurance to both clients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
