As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol - Full Time in Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Security Officer specializing in access control at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and providing a visible presence throughout the facility. You will support a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication to all associates and guests. Pay Rate: $20.85 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age

Day Time

Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Thur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as required.

Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors to help maintain authorized entry at the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, access control, and any incidents that occur during the shift.

Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and first responders as needed.

Assist with visitor management and provide directions or information to guests and employees as appropriate for a food and beverage production environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
