As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Access Full-Time in Millwood, WV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Assist with access control procedures at the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Carry out security-related procedures and respond to incidents or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential hazards.

Follow site-specific policies and guidelines, responding appropriately to emergency situations as directed by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Document and report observations, incidents, and/or irregularities to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Willingness to work at sites with limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets or rustic guard shacks is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
