As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Gate in Rincon, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols of the premises, and provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence will contribute to a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Monitor access points at the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.

Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to maintain authorized access to the premises.

Conduct regular and random patrols around facility buildings and the perimeter to help to identify security-related concerns and report irregularities.

Respond to incidents, emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific policies and procedures.

Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.

Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and answering questions as needed.

Support emergency response activities at the location when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific emergency protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
