As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with employees and visitors to deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.

Maintain accurate and detailed reports of any incidents, observations, or activities during each shift.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and management as needed to address inquiries or concerns.

Follow all Allied Universal and client-specific protocols to support a secure and orderly environment.

Observe for any hazards or unusual situations during patrols and report findings according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid security-related guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
