Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting various administrative tasks, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage the creation of purchase orders and the processing and tracking of invoices.

Handle product shipments and return shipments efficiently.

Oversee the setup process for new vendors ensuring seamless integration.

Manage the inbox for inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.

Arrange travel for international employees, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.

Update and maintain files on SharePoint to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Essential Skills

1-2 years of experience in administrative support.

Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas.

Work Environment

The position requires working 2 days a week on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Wall, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
