Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This Contract position involves providing support in a fast-paced environment while interacting with a diverse student population. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and maintaining a high standard of conduct in a front-facing role.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering exceptional receptionist duties.

Collaborate with team members to manage office workflows and prioritize tasks.

Utilize software systems, such as Banner or Lucian, to complete administrative processes.

Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.

Ensure consistent phone coverage and respond promptly to incoming communications.

Support student-related activities by addressing their needs and concerns.

Foster a detail-oriented and welcoming environment in all interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in data entry and record management.

Familiarity with software systems like Banner or Lucian is preferred.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Experience in receptionist duties and front-facing roles.

Capable of maintaining attention to detail while interacting with diverse groups.
