Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client for a Remote HEDIS Admin Assistant.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day between the hours of 8am to 5pm local time

The anticipated wage for this position is between $19 ad $19.50. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Communicate with provider office

Fax provider member list to obtain medical records.

Document such activity.

Assist HEDIS team with day to day operations.

Handle incoming calls from HEDIS abstractors and providers, print samples/location pull lists for abstractors.

Print and fax request for medical records to providers.

Troubleshoot logistics with providers and abstractors.

Data entry as needed to support the project.

Project Coordination

Requirements:

Medical knowledge/terminology is required.

Knowledge of HEDIS and reviewing medical records is required.

Ability to read and interpret medical records.

Professional demeanor and good work ethic.

Conscientious problem solver, willing to learn, and take personal pride in their work performance/accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - clear, concise and appropriate.

Computer savvy: Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Adobe reader (if applicable) required. Know how to save a file to a folder.

Be able to work Monday - Friday. Must commit to Full-Time (40 hours a week) unless otherwise arranged.

Proven organizational and time management skills.

Be flexible and work under pressure (awareness of and ability to meet deadlines).

Must keep all information collected in a safe, organized and confidential manner.

Workspace able to accommodate laptop and up to 2 monitors

Reliable internet connection

Private uninterrupted workspace to maintain HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules"

Must have flexibility to drive within their assigned geographic area; requiring reliable transportation.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour
