As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. You will conduct routine patrols, address any security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, emergencies, or changes in site conditions.

Support site access control by observing entrances and exits and reporting any irregularities.

Assist in maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence on the property to help to deter unwanted activities.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
