As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence throughout the site. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol to support a positive environment.

Complete required reports and logs detailing patrol activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to remain knowledgeable about procedures relevant to the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
