Job Description

A client in the Clearwater, FL area is looking for an Accounts Payable Rep 2 to join their team for a contract to hire opportunity. This person will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently. They'll be collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Lastly, this candidate will be expected to complete non-routine tasks such as implementing new ERP systems, training new groups on AP processes, and supporting acquisitions and hospital buildouts. The best candidate for this opportunity will have experience completing elevated task to support implementations, acquisitions, and/or upgrades within this environment.

Skills and Requirements

Strong understanding of ERP systems at an enterprise level:

o N4, SAP, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Workday, Infor

Excellent communication skills to manage high-volume workflows and collaborate effectively

Demonstrated ability to work on non-routine tasks such as:

o Implementing new systems

o Training new groups

o Supporting acquisitions and hospital buildouts - Strong experience working with Infor (ERP system)
