Description

Seeking an Administrative Assistant is the main point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming reception environment and supporting daily office operations. This role combines customer service expertise with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a courteous manner

Managing appointment schedules and maintaining the front desk area

Handling mail, deliveries, and basic office correspondence

Assisting with data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks

Coordinating meeting rooms, office supplies, and supporting administrative projects

Requirements

Previous experience administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
