Job Summary
This position is responsible for development, deployment and oversight of both tactical and strategic initiatives that help move forward the goals of Enterprise National Accounts. Emphasis will be placed on working effectively with various internal and external constituents at all levels of the company to satisfy the needs of our customers and our business at the divisional and/or enterprise level. This includes identification, directing, modification and improvement of processes and procedures. Additionally, this person will assist with the socialization of division/enterprise capabilities to drive results. Meeting deadlines and holding people accountable will be a core competency requirement.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor Degree and at least 4 years' experience managing large, complex corporate initiatives.
*5 years' experience in health insurance, business process excellence, or related field.
*Broad knowledge of health insurance products, funding mechanisms, and market drivers.
*Verbal and written communications skills including interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
*Project/process management and implementation skills and experience.
*Experience with multi-faceted project management initiatives that are broad in scope at the divisional/enterprise
*2 years' experience leading, mentoring, training, or inspiring other professionals
*Analytical and information skills.
*Creativity and innovation skills
*Business acumen
Preferred Requirements:
*Experience working across Large Group or Enterprise National Account divisions, managing projects.
*Project Management and RFP experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$69,200.00 - $146,700.00
