We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. The position will be located at Puerto Rico in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products and related procedures.
Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products.?
Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS (Cardiac Ablation Solutions) products, service and support.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in?cardiac mapping and navigation or Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in?cardiac mapping and navigation or Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four?years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic?or sales.??
Experience in the field of cardiac catheter ablation, in electrophysiology laboratories, in hospitals/clinics, or in medical sales of electrophysiology equipment, providing technical/clinical assistance.
An advanced level of English is required
Additional Job Requirements
Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation?
Clinical Specialists?are required to?be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise?
Clinical Specialists will on occasion be?required?to travel outside of their assigned territory and?possibility overnight?
Must?have a valid driver's license?
Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone,?keyboard?and mouse, visually able to interact with personal computers??
Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day
Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.? In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.
