TITLE:3rd Shift Mixer Operator LOCATION:Avon, Ohio (Onsite) SHIFT & HOURS:Sunday - Thursday, (Friday Overtime) 9p.m. - 5:30 a.m. Hiring Hourly Rate:$20.66/hour ($2.00 Shift Differential) Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a 3rd Shift Mixer Operator to be responsible for assembling usable products, verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs), and ensuring the proper transfer of products to the packaging area. Reading and interpreting formulas, following procedures precisely, and documenting work on batch sheets. Learning and operating the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) touchscreen for kettles. Performing sanitation duties, including the operation of a Clean-In-Place (CIP) system. Setting up product transfer pathways and operating diaphragm pumps. Continual swabbing of cooking equipment. Operating multiple kettles and hydraulic systems. Relaying critical information to the Research and Development (R&D) team in a timely manner. Operating product scales and ensuring accurate measurements. Completing all assigned training and demonstrating understanding of trained activities. Supporting British Retail Consortium (BRC) audit requirements, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards. Performing other duties as assigned.
