As an Allied Universal Security Officer specializing in access control at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. Tue02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain an orderly flow of personnel and visitors within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for irregularities and report any security-related incidents or hazards.

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by answering questions and offering direction as needed in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.

Enforce site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.

Maintain accurate records of activities, incidents, and irregularities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities, coordinating with site leadership and emergency services as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
