As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Horicon, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic industrial and manufacturing location. By conducting regular patrols, remaining visibly present, and responding promptly to incidents, you will help to deter security-related concerns and provide outstanding customer service to everyone onsite. Your role will include driving responsibilities, requiring a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a visible presence.

Monitor entry and exit points, checking for proper identification and compliance with site procedures.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control and visitor management, maintaining logs as required by site policy.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or site needs.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Previous access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Previous alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
