What you'll be doing:
Develop and maintain processes and systems to visualize, understand, and monitor teamwork scope
Make critical observations about risks to milestones and goals
Investigate integrations between new tools and data that could be of value to the team
Develop and communicate a systems-level understanding of customer needs
Speak on behalf of the team or customer to develop common understanding and expectations
Host, facilitate, and improve upon regular team ceremonies and business rhythms
Prioritize and coach high customer empathy
Foster and drive team culture by teaching and championing agile philosophies
Coordinate specific team events
Understand, utilize, and communicate team metrics
Recognize and elevate when leadership support is needed
Act as a protector/advocate/defender of the team's mental health and scope
Recognize and distinguish between culture and process problems and aid in the resolution of either
Collaborate with other agility coaches and scrum masters within the LAIC to learn and leverage the experience and knowledge of your peers

You are a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in project execution, agile development methodologies, systems engineering, and/or AI and analytics. You have:
Working knowledge of agile development methodologies and systems engineering
Experience with AI and analytics
Strong technical and leadership skills

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Basic Qualifications:
One or more certifications in Scrum Mastery, Product Ownership, or Agile Coaching
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain the trade-offs between possible software solutions
Ability to learn and communicate both advanced concepts and high level strategy
Experience in defining Research & Development program objectives, preparing and presenting research plans and results to senior level management and customers, developing R&D proposals, and planning, implementation, and tracking of R&D projects.
Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations. Demonstrated ability to work well with senior technical staff
Desired Skills:
General understanding of AI and Machine Learning Concepts,
Experience in leading small technical teams
Familiarity with GitLab, JIRA, VersionOne, Confluence, Teams
Strong understanding in the application of state-of-the-art technologies in one or more of these areas of interest: Artificial Intelligence, Simulation, Prognostics and Health Management (PHM), Big Data techniques, Data Fusion, and Data Analytics

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $111,700 - $193,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
