MPR, Medical Practice Representative

Description:

Position Purpose:

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records

Specialty: Primary Care

Location: 7901 Diley Road, Suite 200, Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110

Hours of office: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What You Will Do:

Welcome patients

Gather insurance, check demographics

Soft collections

Answering incoming calls

EPIC

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent

Licensure / Certification: N/A

Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred

Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred

Basic computer skills required
