SHIFT ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

HOURS:

Work in all areas of the plant - flexible as needed or required

DUTIES:

Prioritize work orders and schedule technicians according to immediacy and necessity of orders.

Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production.

Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate or replace electrical and electronic devices.

Receive wiring diagrams, specifications and instructions from supervisor covering emergency and schedule repairs, installation, and electrical inspections work to be performed.

Work with the mechanical team on major installations and as needed to promote a team environment.

Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity in all aspects of maintenance.

Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department

Attend meetings as scheduled and called

Perform other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have overall knowledge of the Electrical/Electronic Operation and the industry

Must have Master of Record/Master Electrician

Must be people oriented, be able to understand employee's needs, good motivator, and be able to teach new skills to employees

Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures

Good communications skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills

Good work history and attendance

Team Player with leadership skills

Electrical/Electronic or related training preferred

Member of the Hazmat team

Resume required

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary, and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base annual salary range: $100k-110k

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's quarterly bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
