Customer Service Representative

Patient Service Coordinator position with a rehabilitation clinic in Odenton, MD . 100% on-site role offering $16-$19/hour , where you'll play a key part in supporting our patients and clinical team with exceptional service and care.

Shift: M-F (between 8am - 8pm), flexible to work 8 hours between this time

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out procedures

Schedule appointments and verify insurance coverage

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Maintain accurate records and assist with billing support

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and organizational skills

Previous customer service or healthcare experience preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odenton, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
