Customer Support Representative

Pay: Starting at $20/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

Additional: Rotating Saturday shifts (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

Growth: Opportunities for advancement, including potential future leadership of the Customer Support department

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and leadership potential, who may one day lead the Customer Support department. You will maintain direct contact with customers, support the sales team, assist multiple departments, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient account management and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain direct communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally

Support the sales team by developing and nurturing strong client relationships

Assist various company departments as needed

Perform account management functions to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction measures are met

Understand and comply with regulatory requirements, developing processes to enhance efficiency

Organize and maintain customer documents and files accurately

Collaborate as an effective team player, communicating politely, confidently, and persuasively

Manage workload under deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Qualifications

2-3 years of customer service experience in a structured, people-facing environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork efficiently

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Dependable, positive, and an effective team player

Problem-solving mindset with leadership potential
