As a Agility Lead/PM at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank - Global Services Team, you serve as a seasoned member of product domain to by enabling and providing Agile/PM support to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.

Job responsibilities
Partners with business owners and partners to develop and document the business strategy and plans and leads projects, directing program planning and management, issue identification and resolution, risk management, analytical design and deliverable definition, manages change requests
Develops and executes comprehensive project plans to achieve desired outcomes - including scope, schedule, budget, resources, solution quality, leveraging consistent methodology across all programs
Supports centralized tracking of project plans and consolidated end to end integrated view for all program
Keeps project timeline, risks, dependencies and deliverables on track. Enforce use of consistent standards, methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across programs
Implements common, consistent routines, resources and tools to track and report status of key programs. Develop metrics, scorecard and dashboard reporting for tracking of key initiatives leveraging common frameworks
Identifies and effectively communicates with key stakeholders throughout the project, understanding their needs and expectations
Leads cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Facilitate communication and collaboration across work stream members Provide clear direction and support to team members
Provides regular updates on project plans and progress. Prepare program updates for key forums, management updates and business reviews
Identifies, assesses and manages issues with appropriate escalation. Support centralized tracking and reporting of key issues across programs
Ensures decisions are brought forward to appropriate forums. Track key decisions and expected impacts / outcomes
Demonstrate ability to dive into details when applicable , ask probing questions, and sense when and how to take actions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6+ years in project management/ agility lead experience with an understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and resources
Advanced Excel ( Pivot tables, validation rules , vlookup) and PowerPoint skills.
Experience setting up Confluence , SharePoint etc.
Skilled in Confluence, SharePoint and Jira
Excellent knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement).
PMP Certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Expert with Agile tools and software, such as JIRA, confluence, and creating reports and dashboards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently, develop relationships at all levels of the organization and to work well in cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Consulting or internal experience within Banking and Financial services, and/or mortgage banking/home lending industry preferred
Promote a flexible team environment that can handle changes with agility while maintaining focus on deadlines, organizing and prioritizing work and delivering value to the business
Prefer knowledge and experience in querying - such as SQL , JIRA filters etc.
