Job Description: Each set crew member is responsible for the successful installation of Superior Walls. This is an outside construction position. Set crew members prep the site, climb ladders, unhook panels, bolt and caulk panels together, and follow all guidelines for each installation. Each member is responsible for cleaning and organizing the work van and all of company property, tools and equipment. After training, set crew members will be expected to become Certified Installers and adhere to all rules and techniques as such.

Relevant Experience: Experience with any of the following would be helpful and relevant: Framing, Masonry, Roofing, Surveying, Excavation, and General Construction

Job Duties: -Get to each jobsite in a timely manner each day according to schedule -Keep vehicle and tools in a clean and orderly manner -Give crane signals to direct crane operate -Work a laser level to set final grade on stone footings -Handle Concrete panels and other objects as they are craned into place -Bolt and caulk all panel connections -Use a stringline to ensure all panel runs are straight -Use a tape measure or total station to square up corners -Leave the jobsite in a clean manner -Communicate with truck drivers, crane operators, project managers, and customers when necessary

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Pay is Hourly until you become certified then it becomes footage (Piece Rate) based. Typical annual pay is 55k-70k based on amount of work performed. Travel to and from Plant to jobsites in company vehicles. Health, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance offered. Paid time off, sick and vacation 401k with a match

Schedule: Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Overtime

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
