As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol in Bluffton, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.

Collaborate with management and/or law enforcement as needed in response to incidents or emergencies.

Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disturbances and promote a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
