KPMG is currently seeking a Specialist, Oracle EPM to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of cloud-based enterprise applications for a variety of clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Identify, document, and manage client business/functional requirements Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications Drive efficiency by continuously improving business processes and task automation Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum two years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline Experience with upgrades and functional testing in the following EPM Modules: EDMCS, EPBCS Preferred functional knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud EPM applications Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore), as well as clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve Ability to travel as necessary Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
