Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accuracy and consistency in data management tasks, ensuring that essential information is entered efficiently and effectively into our systems. This position requires strong typing skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Input data into Salesforce with speed, precision, and consistency.

Verify the accuracy of information before submission and address any discrepancies.

Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

Follow established procedures to meet daily and weekly data entry goals.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data workflow and timely updates.

Perform quality checks to ensure high standards of data entry accuracy.

Handle numeric data entry tasks with precision and focus.

Provide consistent follow-through on assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Adapt to changes in processes or systems with a proactive approach.

Communicate effectively with team members regarding data-related issues or updates. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.

Ability to @type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data.

Proficiency in numeric data entry and standard typing tasks.

Effective communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
