As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, engaging with individuals on-site, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities, such as unauthorized individuals, property damage, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Maintain clear and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site procedures.

Collaborate with site personnel and/or local authorities as needed to address security-related matters and maintain a positive environment within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
